Mango Baby v2023.10 Release Notes

Mango Baby v2023.10 is now available with all new iOS 17 feature support.

MangoBaby widgets have a new design to support all the new interactive widgets in iOS 17. You can now start and stop timers, or log a poopy diaper right from your widget without needing to open the app.

Starting timers using Siri Shortcuts now also starts Live Activities. And you can also stop timers right from the Live Activity.

MangoBaby's small widgets also work great in iOS 17's new StandBy mode.

NEW

• Newly designed widgets.
• Support interactive widgets for certain log types in the Single Activity widget. You can disable them in the widget configuration.
• Support stopping timers directly on Live Activities and Dynamic Island.
• Support iPhone StandBy mode.
• Support iPad lock screen widgets.
• Support configuring Lock Screen Circular Widgets whether they show a background or not.
• Live Activities are now started when starting timers from shortcuts or widgets.
• New spotlight integration with App Shortcuts.

CHANGED

• Existing iPhone lock screen widgets need to be re-created after this upgrade, to remove irrelevant widget configurations. Sorry for the inconvenience.
• MangoBaby's App Shortcuts now appear with an orange background in the Shortcuts app.

IMPROVED

• Improved layout on Single Activity and Recents widgets.
• Improved timer display on lock screen widgets.

FIXED

• Fix a duplicated Live Activity issue when the timer runs longer than 8 hours.
